TABATA system (or TABATA Protocol) is high-intensity interval training. One cycle 4 minutes long, divided into eight equal blocks. Each block is divided into 20 seconds intense exercise followed by 10 seconds rest.
Repeat of the number of cycles set by coach will allow you in a short period of time to bring your body into complete order. A half-hour workout (including five-minute warm-up and cool-down) 2-3 times a week is enough to feel, and, most importantly, to see amazing results in the mirror in a month.
